Best Partner Yoga DVD!,
This review is from: Yoga Two-gether(tm) (DVD)
I loved it! I had such a great experience learning the poses and sharing it with my loved ones that I'm buying the dvd as holiday gifts! "Yoga Two-gether" creates a bond between partners that facilitates strength, flexibility, intimacy, and trust! It's such a fun way to experience exercise (especially for people like me who don't like hanging out at the gym!)

Inspirational Learning,
This review is from: Yoga Two-gether(tm) (DVD)
This is my go to video for partner yoga. I have shared it with my friends and we enjoy doing it two-gether as well!
Jacob has a calming way of teaching and makes partner yoga easy. His style inspires me to want to learn more.

I loved doing the partner yoga flow in this video and would reccomend it to anyone at any level of yoga experience. I know Jacob personally and know first-hand his dedication to the yoga world. This dedication brought about this really cool video in which the participaters use the same rights and lefts. You can imagine how much easier this makes it to follow instructions and enjoy yourself!

Not for beginners who have never done yoga... You really do need to know "the basics". The instructor fails to demonstrate poses based on your level of flexibility. There's no disclaimer about taking things slow in case your partner "spasms-out" and pulls you down with (him). And the moves only work if you and your partner are close to the same size. NOT: husband = 6'5" / wife = 5'7" ... the sequences are complex, the poses are difficult and the transition/timing is fast. We collapsed several times onto our mats like a bad game of Twister! The best part - it was goofy entertainment! Production and filming is poor quality.
