A very average video with a nice extra,

There's nothing to complain about in this video, but little to get excited about either. Nevine Michaan takes you through 10 poses with a few token references to their impact for women. The production qualities are fine, the music is fine, the content is fine. If you'd like a 15 minute stretching routine, then this product should have a home in your video library. The one bright spot is the 10 video cassette sized cards describing each pose. They would be good for travel or reminders anywhere you don't have a VCR handy.
