This is the kind of chant that you wrap yourself in all day long - a form of meditation. It will bring your mind into focus and direct your attention inward. It works best before or after a long meditation period and seems to move your energy currents up and down your spine.

This is not party music or even music to be played while taking a long drive - but it works well as an aid to your inner life and can become a part of your daily spiritual journey. This is an investment in peace!

I love this CD. I have had out of body experiences while listening to it. The CD is a great meditation tool.

I've been struggling with meditation for quite some time now, it was like something was missing. I heard this music in the background of a guided meditation of Deepak Chopra and felt myself go into a trance. I have since had such good deep concentration (or relaxation, depending on my mood, that I now can sit with my dog in my lap each evening and reach a new state of consciousness I never thought I would...Love it.

This is a high quality cd. It is great for meditation or having
on in the background as it brings a sense of depth and peace.

I first came across this recording about six months ago and was simply enthralled - while the "music" doesn't change (there's only one 60 minute track), there is something about this recording that is extremely calming. Sadly, the bookstore where I heard it being played was out of stock. I finally managed to get the CD and it is simply superb!

This single track CD is exactly what the title says - an Eternal OM. I love this CD! It induces a deep state of relaxation in me, allowing me to move more quickly into deep meditative states, or just to de-stress as I go about other things.

Although I love it and gave 5 stars, I will say that a rare few of my clients find the Eternal OM too repetitious and droning to be soothed by it. They tend to be the ones who never stop thinking, who are extremely mentally active, those who process every detail consciously and are distracted by sounds that don't resolve. If that is you, you might not like this CD, but most people love it and want to own it themselves.

I found this CD rather boring and repetitive. I suppose that is what you want to listen to while meditating (or perhaps sleeping), but to hear the same thing over and over again drove me up the wall. I should have read these reviews before purchasing. If I realized this was just one track with the same thing on it, I would have passed.

What can I say, I love it! If you know it, I don't have to explain, if you don't, I couldn't explain. I need to add that the service and product were exactly as stated by the seller. I am a satisfied customer.

I love this CD. It consists of continuous Om chants... no music, no chimes, just Om. Wonderful for Yin yoga practice or mediation.

My wife introduced me to this CD, she left it playing in her acupuncture treatment room for several days. When I walked into the room, it had such a pleasant atmosphere. These days we leave it on in various rooms through out the house just to create a soothing vibration. I highly recommend it.
