The "default" length for yoga mats seems to be 68 inches, which makes little sense for those of us who are over 6 feet tall. This seven foot long mat is of excellent quality, and provides plenty of room for six-footers, at a great price (the same as the 68 inchers, as far as I can tell). Width is a "standard" 24 inches, which isn't a problem for me. (If you want to go longer than 7 feet or wider than 2 feet, you'll have to part with substantially more money.) The product was shipped with commendable care and speed.

I've had one of these about a year, and they don't get as dirty as others I've tried. I like the extra length, I'm 6'-3" tall. The thickness is nice if you do any poses on your back.

A bit slippery but after a couple of sessions it wears off
