Our Anti-Burst Slow Leak Yoga Balls, are used in Yoga, Pilates, and fusion exercise programs to strengthen and firm abs, back and buttocks. Made from extra durable vinyl, they are designed to support up to 600lbs of pressure. I bought this when I was 32 weeks pregnant and wish I bought it earlier.
I am 5'7" and bought the 75 mm size and it was perfect. Any taller would make it a little hard to sit on and any shorter would have made me squat too low to get on it. I have very sore hips in my pregnancy and this is the most comfortable place to sit. Helps with a sore back too. I use it as my chair at my desk, at the dinner table, to watch tv, etc. Mine came with a pump.

I bought this as a desk chair, and it's just about the right size. The included pump took forever to get it pumped up. If I was at home, I would have used my portable compressor.
