The Journey began in Estes Park. Together, two yoga practitioners found a love for combining yoga and slacklining (tightrope walking). A natural synthesis occurred during the following months of practice and the Yoga Slackers were born. It covers basic standing, walking, sitting, turning, and then several yoga postures and sequences.
