I'm a green tea fanatic, and have tried over 150 bagged/loose leaf varieties. I have a crazy job, and used to rely on coffee for the energy boost while sleep deprived. Coffee works, but at the cost of digestive issues, acidity and a dehydrated "run-down", stressed out feeling. Enter green tea, which energizes and rejuvenates in a completely different way form coffee. Green tea's antioxidants, small amounts of caffeine and theanines promote a feeling of relaxation as well as stamina, and you can drink several cups without feeling stressed out and jittery (ie the over-caffeinated syndrome from coffee). While bagged tea will never equate the taste and freshness standard of looseleaf, if you are looking for a convenient tea offering a true energy boost to take at work, this tea is fantastic. The triphala extract (an Ayurvedic herb blend known for promoting regularity, energy and well-being) really does seem to rev up your metabolism and digestion while sustaining a level of peaceful energy. I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of this tea - it's got a faint blueberry 'zing' to it and doesn't taste medicinal at all. In fact, I subscribed to have this item delivered to me regularly as I went through so many boxes quickly. It's a great price and the little peaceful sayings on each green tea bag help remind you to stay centered and happy with each sip!

I was surprised when I first brewed this tea -- it turned purple! Turns out it has a delicious blueberry/orange scent which is a surprise since I wasn't expecting any flavor from this tea. After drinking the tea, I got an energy boost and a clean feeling in my stomach. It's a good way to keep going without snacking.

If you're trying to lose weight, this tea will become your best friend. If you like being in control of your food cravings, this tea will support your efforts. If you like blueberries, this tea will satisfy your senses. If you like energy, this tea will give you a supply of it. For a great tasting tea with all these added benefits, I believe this tea will make you very happy.

I have been a tea drinker for years and have always felt I was buying good tea when I bought the Celestial in the grocery story. Once I tried Yogi tea, I was hooked. I started it while going on a Juice Fast and needed energy and something to hold me from one meal to the next.

This tea is perfect. It is great to take to work for breaks and just at home in the morning to get me up and moving. I have totally stopped drinking coffee and use my coffee maker to heat up water in the morning for my tea.

I love the flavor (not fond of minty flavors) and it really seems to help me last from meal to meal. I no longer need a caffeine fix in the morning and my day often starts at 4 a.m. for work. I need all the energy I can get to get through a day at work.

I have also lost weight which has been a battle after age 60. The tea with other sensible weight lose plans really has worked. This will always be my favorite, while also trying the other teas.

I've tried almost every green tea on the market, and this is one of my favorites. It has a great flavor, and it really does help me keep from snacking between meals. I don't think it's possible to find great organic green tea at this price anywhere else.

This tea not only helps control my appetite but helps me to bounce around all day with out getting tired. I just drink two cups a day , because it is all I need. It tastes good too. I am 82 years old and have been drinking this tea for many years now.

After trying Yogi tea, I'll never go back to Celestial Seasonings or Lipton. The quality is 10000% better than non-organic teas. If you are debating on trying this, just buy it. Rating this a 5/5 in taste and quality.

As for weight loss and appetite, this tea did nothing for me. I hate when companies claim weight loss for products that don't work or are just regular green tea. Rating this a 1/5 for living up the tea's weight loss claims.

Tastes better than 90% of the 'slimming' teas on the market and is NOT a laxative tea. Definitely curbs hunger and makes me less likely to snack, especially in the afternoon when energy levels are getting low.

I have started using the Slimlife tea while also starting a wheat/gluten and dairy free diet. I was rec this tea by my accupuncturest and I love it. I have to admit I don't get hungry at all and have to remind myself to eat. I have nothing but good things to say about this tea, drink up.

This tea is delicious, especially with honey. It is a very fragrant yet "gentle" tea. It does help control appetite in the sense that it helps reduce stress, one of the major causes of constantly grazing at work. Being organic is a bonus.
