Love the energy lift I get from this tea, without getting the horrible jitters as I used to from coffee,among the other horrible side effects I use to get. Love the strong flavor...I use two bags.

I have a habit of steeping my tea with the sun. This is not a good tea for that, too strong in flavor. I suggest a light steep (1-3 min) and perhaps mix with a mint tea to balance it out,

I like the tea, although it's not my favorite. The flavor is a bit strong for me though, so take that into account.

this is not going to make anything strong unless it was strong anyway.
but it is a nice tea, and you increase energy a little bit. |
