This tea is fantastic. For as long as I remember, I've suffered from terrible cramps, jitters, and other unpleasant PMS symptoms. This tea knocks them right out. I've found after drinking a cup, I have less of a need to take ibuprofen or other OTC pain killers, as well as feeling much more calm and relaxed. 3.0 out of 5 stars good if you are not allergic to chamomile
Yogi Tea's Woman's Moon Cycle tea could be a lifesaver for you, as it has for so many reviewers here. Personally, I don't like the flavor very much, and for me I find that it doesn't mitigate my symptoms much, either. Your Mileage May Vary, naturally. For a long time I was having a cup every morning, thinking of it as a daily tune-up; maybe I built up a tolerance...? I...

5.0 out of 5 stars Relieves PMDD, December 27, 2008
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
This tea is great. I like the taste. It helps with constipation too. But what I really found helpful about this tea is calming my PMDD. My PMS was getting really out of hand. I was getting to the point where I could hardly function during my pre menstural. When I drink this tea regularly it's incredible the difference I see. Really helps me with my irritability and bloating. This tea has become a necessity for me.

I like this cozy tea. It really does help with stopping cramps and other PMS miseries. It is good to drink it as soon as PMS symptoms start bothering you. Drink a cup of it two or three times a day during your period.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best natural pain relief out there for severe menstrual cramps, December 2, 2010
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
This is a MIRACLE tea!

I'm a 24 year old, otherwise healthy & fit woman who has always suffered from severe menstrual cramps. Every month, I used to take LOADS of ibuprofen and pamprin for 3-4 days at a time so that I could function and go to work. I saw this in a health foods store and tried it, because I was desperate and it's cheap! I thought the benefits would be as a placebo, or the psychological comfort of drinking something warm when you're in pain. I was mistaken. I feel it actually does a great job of preparing my uturus for "that time" and keeping it relaxed and efficient when the time comes---meaning a lot of effective, natural pain relief.

How I use it: I start drinking 2-3 cups of tea per day beginning 3-5 days before my period starts, and then even more if I start cramping. The first day or two of my period, I might have 5-6 cups of tea. This tea TASTES GREAT (not medicine-like at all) and you really can't overdo it. I've been able to wean myself off the ibuprofen to where I'm not taking more than the labeled ibuprofen dosage (about 1/4 of what I was using before). I don't suffer from prementrual symptoms (just agony during menstruation) but I have girlfriends who do and they swear this stuff works for that as well. Amazon has the best price anywhere. Do yourself a favor and try this at least once. If you're a MAN reading this (I know, what are the odds): buy it for your significant other! She'll thank you for life (or until menopause)!

5.0 out of 5 stars 1 of my top favorite teas, November 23, 2008
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
I don't love this tea because of the taste, I love it because it helps during a woman's cycle. It helps relax your muscles and mood. It is very earthy and has a bit of spice as well. All women should try it out!

yoga tea's women's moon cycle is a godsend. i have suffered from pms since i was a teenager (for me it is manifests as irritability, sensitiveness and exhaustion). i start using this tea at the first sign of pms symptoms, usually a day or two before my period, and then continue to use for the first two days, when my cramps cause pain.
this tea smells and tastes wonderful - reminds me of baking something with cinnamon and nutmeg.
i try to squeeze a few cups out of each bag. if you are using this for cramps, go ahead and drink it throughout the day. it really does help!! better than advil!
if you are considering trying this tea, don't hesitate. really. it is wonderful.

5.0 out of 5 stars magic tea, October 18, 2010
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
I love this tea, I have used it for years. I used to use plain raspberry leaf tea (that's what relaxes the muscles and eases cramping), but this tea adds other ingredients, plus ginger, which is just so warming to the body, and when it starts warming me up, I feel more relaxed, and that makes the cramps lessen too. Sometimes I still pop an ibuprofen if it's a bad month, but always having this tea on hand really makes a difference for me!

I drink it throughout the month too, often in the winter because of the warming qualities, or when I feel stressed, because the muscle relaxant ingredients do help with that as well. I'm a skeptic about most things, but I'm a believer in this tea!

5.0 out of 5 stars Holy cramp!, December 13, 2008
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
Never in a million years did I think that herbal tea actually worked. This tea proved me wrong. The taste leaves something to be desired, so from the start I was not impressed. However, the cramps I had been suffering all of a sudden whooshed out and left me feeling better than I do during the other three weeks of the month. It was amazing! I would suggest this tea over any western medicine for your moon cycle!

5.0 out of 5 stars Great tea, December 8, 2007
This review is from: Yogi Woman's Moon Cycle, Herbal Tea Supplement, 16-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6) (Grocery)
This tea has saved me so much pain from cramps. It really works. I used to take up to 9 advils on my bad days, after taking this tea a few times I got down to 2 to 4 advils - and most days I don't take any advils any more. And I don't even take the tea during the month, just on my cramp days.
