Have been using Tridosha's Yograj Guggulu for quite a few of my patients suffering from low back issues, painful knees and shoulders. Very effective for recovery after athletic injuries, cracking popping joints and just a great herbal supplement to keep the joints healthy and moving pain free. Especially effective when used in combination with Mahanarayan Oil Mahanarayan Oil - Joint, muscle and nerve pain relief. Reduces swelling and inflammation.*.

I aggravated my knee pain by working long hours in the yard. It was a minor problem but I made it into a major issue. Walking and going up and down the stairs became very difficult. I did not want to depend too much on pain killers and wanted a better solution. Saw an ad on Amazon and bought the product and started using it. I got immediate relief from pain and now I can walk around comfortably. I will use this product regularly to protect my knees from further damage.

I injured my knee while playing soccer. I love to play sports and now when I start any athletic activity my knee begins to hurt and I have to stop. I tried many of the usual pain medicines but I got only temporary relief. My herbalist told me to try this formula. I was initially very skeptical but my desire to play soccer quickly changed my mind. So I bought the product and began using it. In just a few days later I started noticing relief from pain. Now I use it regularly, my knee is starting to feel better and playing soccer is back in my life.
