Fun until it started falling apart,

Here is the email I sent to Yoho. They did not reply.I purchased your spin stix for my son for his birthday. It really is a lot of fun for kids and grown ups alike. But the quality seems awful. After 2 days one of the rubber tassled ends unraveled. I rolled it back in and applied glue. Then the plastic on the other end snapped off completely. I glued it back on. Then the center rod broke (not cracked broke) in the middle. I taped it with duct tape. Then 5 minutes later the bar broke in another spot. I taped it with duct tape and put it away to break another day. I bought this less than a month ago. It's a great toy and I was looking forward to my son learning the tricks and possibly even performing in a talent show at school. I witnessed all these breaks and no the spinstix was not mistreated. We were simply trying to learn the tricks on your DVD. I am very disappointed. Before the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th break, I purchased another spin stix for my daughter. Now I am afraid that hers will meet the same fate. |
