This is my all time favorite movie. I watched the original over a dozen times. This one is dubbed, and they did a fantastic job (oddly enough). The fact that its dubbed frees up the effort to read the subtitles, allowing for greater concentration on the acting. This dubbed version steps the story and plot up a notch, elaborating on every nuance of dialoug; something the original subtitles did very poorly. The speech seems to be synced with the mouth movements pretty well. If you loved the original, get this one too! you wont be disapointed. This comes from someone very skeptical of dubbed movies.

Another great movie with Toshiro Mifune. I've never seen him do a bad movie. Good job of dubbing in English. Typical Akira Kurosawa film. Excellent directing. A must have for anyone who loves samurai movies.
