I bought this for a granddaughter's birthday as she had specifically requested a golden retriever. Although it was very squished in the shipping box when it arrived,it did fluff up nicely before too long. She seemed very pleased with it

I purchased this "puppy" for my daughter's 8th birthday. She LOVES it! It is very life-like and sweet. It is just the right size to carry around and play with. The quality seems very good and the puppy is well made. We definitely recommend this pup.

The golden retriever dog I received is much smaller than I expected. I also bought the Yomiko beagle model 35967 and the Yomiko black lab from other vendors through Amazon. Although all three dogs were were described as 17' lying, the golden retriever was only half the size of the other two dogs. I would likely not buy from this particular vendor again.
