Playhouse Offers Fun Activities Inside and Out
Children can discover colors, shapes, and much more with the spacious Discovery Playhouse. Each of the tent's four walls features a new game or activity meant to stimulate and engage children's imagination. Your child will love spinning the bead-filled window or watching colorful balls zip through the rollercoaster run. For a personal touch, a mirror above the tent entrance can double as a picture frame, so parents can display their toddler's favorite photo.

Designed to Boost Cognitive Development
Learning has never been so much fun! The Discovery Playhouse provides activities that are intended to encourage physical and cognitive development--all through rewarding, imaginative playtime. Children will learn about colors and shapes through games that require them to sort, count, and match the colored balls. Five brightly designed tubes teach kids to pair a certain tube with its corresponding ball, while a set of shape-match keys let them release the balls when they insert each key in its correct lock.

Easy Assembly and Spacious Design
The Discovery Playhouse makes it easy to create a fun-filled play area in just moments. Thanks to its convenient fold-up design, the tent allows parents to simply open the tent and insert the ceiling piece for a ready-made house. Its large opening and high ceiling makes room for taller children, while the wide base lets it accommodate multiple kids at play.

The side ramps fall off constantly and now one of the legs has snapped.
Courtney
The ramps do not stay on correctly in some spots which makes it hard for the balls to go down.
M. LeBlanc
Maybe when she gets a little older she will like it better but not now.

There is another listing for this product on amazon (same product) and there is a one star review there. I am more in agreement with that review than with the ones I read here.

it is a cute toy and there are lots of things to do. but there are a couple of negatives which make me wish we didn't spend the money. first, the ramps for the balls always pop out and they are not simple to get back in. second, although it is fairly easy to fold up, it still takes up A LOT of space when folded at least half the amount of space as the dome when fully assembled. and you can't pop it back into the box at that point, because it won't fit. you have to lean it against a wall and it is always falling over (even when you use the plastic piece they suggest to clip it together).

my 3 and 7 year old kids were more interested in the toy than my 1 year old.

just thought I would provide this alternate view, since all the other reviews seemed so glowing.

Santa brought this for my 1 year old for Christmas this past year. We immediately put it together and the thing is CONSTANTLY falling apart. The walls come out from the bottom where they connect to the feet by pressing a cloth covered bar into a slot. The ramps for the ball drop fall off all the time and if they aren't pushed in all the way the ball does not run through the ramps correctly. The keys don't always work to lock the door so the balls fall out when you want them to stay in and they are also very difficult to use. No way a young toddler can handle the task of inserting and turning a key no matter how big it is. Overall, I am very disappointed in this product and am considering trying to see if I can still send it back 4 months later. I would not recommend buying this at all.

We purchased this product for our 17 month old son for Christmas. It was not hard to put together, but some of the parts fell off repeatedly. There are holes on one side where my son was able to put his foot and get it stuck while attempting to climb the toy all under my supervision. (I had another baby in the room being watched also.) For the cost of this product, it needs to be redesigned for safety and durability. Good concept, poor craftsmanship. Do not recommend. We returned ours immediately.

We got this toy for our 1 year old and also have 3 year old twins. This cannot withstand the rigors a child of any age can put on it. The side ramps fall off constantly and now one of the legs has snapped. When I emailed for customer service, I got no reply. When I called, I was told there are NO replacement parts for this toy. To get it fixed, you would simply have to buy a new one. Would NOT recommend.

I have a variety of Yookidoo toys and was excited to get this for our daughter for her 1yr birthday. The concept and colors are great but the construction is flawed. The ramps are always falling off and the side panels of the tent keep popping up. The company also seems to have no customer service.

My 14 month old twins recieved this for Christmas and it is amazing! They love to play in it together (they both ift inside well) or peek through it and giggle at each other. The balls rattle which they love and there are so many differnet ways to play- ball rollercoasters and tunnels, spinning toys, mirror- they are ative and love to chase each other inside and out. I also feel that thsi toy is safe for 12 months or even younger. There are no sharp or small pieces and it is very sturdy. They can use it to pull to stand and cruise it- it will slide a little but does not fall or collapse, even with two babies pulling on it. This is an a amazing toy!

From looking at pictures of this playhouse, it looked like a lot of fun. I think it would have been if it would stay together.

The tracks on the side could barely be put together at all, let alone stay together. I had to get grandpa to get some screws, drill holes and fasten them on permanently.

The feet would not stay on the legs, and the top arches would not stay attached to the roof or to the legs. Very soon, the plastic cylinder legs cracked at the top (brittle plastic) so that it could not be put back together. That's when I got out the duct tape. That worked for about two weeks. Now it is just headed for the garbage can.

Complete waste of money. Find another kids tent product to buy.

I do a ton of research before buying anything for my 11 month old twins, especially when it costs $100. So many people seemed to love this so I thought I'd give it a try. I thought the quality of the product was poor. The plastic ball shoots are always coming undone and have to be snapped back in. My kids seem to like crawling in and out of it but it is rather small. They can both fit in it now but I don't know for how much longer they would really be able to. Overall, it is definitely not worth the money and I think a carboard playhouse for $25 would have been a better buy.
