I am a huge fan of The New York Times Easy Crossword Puzzle books and have been completing them in succession, starting with the first one. The first four were great - all original puzzles. Volume 5, however, is filled with repeats, many of them taken directly from Volume 4. Save your money on this one - you've probably already completed the puzzles anyway.

Though many titles are touted as "easy" crosswords, this series is the REAL McCOY ! I can do one or two while waiting at the doctor's Office, and feel really smart, like I've accomplished something good. HARDLY ever need to cheat. Many may scoff at the simplicity or obviousness of the answers, but they REALLY work for me. Great for the intelletual self-esteem--especially for those of us not as literate or who DON'T want to be challenged by a puzzle, but triumph over it with ease.
