Fine puzzles, a mite easy though...
The collection of 500 NY Times puzzles are more challenging than this collection. Save these for a warmup.

Very poorly edited....
......but I don't blame Will Shortz. I've done his NY Times puzzles for years and I don't think I have ever found a single mistake. This book, however, is riddled with them. Excuse the pun. I lost count of the many errors. Several puzzles are un-completable due to mistakes either in the editing or the printing. The puzzles that work are great fun but this book did not...

......but I don't blame Will Shortz. I've done his NY Times puzzles for years and I don't think I have ever found a single mistake. This book, however, is riddled with them. Excuse the pun. I lost count of the many errors. Several puzzles are un-completable due to mistakes either in the editing or the printing. The puzzles that work are great fun but this book did not deserve to have Shortz's name on it.
