This is in my opinion the best album Mars Lasar has released.
Just listen to track 4 Tioga Road or even better track 11 Valley of
the Giants - this to me sounds a lot of Vangelises "Heaven and Hell"
with the beautiful vocals.
But I think the entire album is beautiful crafted, of course only in my
opinion. And make no mistake, you must like this type of music
to appreciate it. This is truly the "Valley of the Giants"

Mars Lasar has a few different electronica genres that he has produced music for; trance, jazz, new age are a few examples. The music on this one is more in the range of new age to me.

I have found this CD to be absolutely wonderful in its composition. Each musical piece on the CD flows beautifully to the next, with each track having a different and sound and feel from the previous. The music walks you on a journey that is inspiring (Mirror Lake) , playful (Tioga Road, Merced River) and humbling (El Capitan, Valley of the Giants). (just a few examples)

This is the music I choose to listen to most often while in the car. It makes for very nice music to travel to. Not too sleepy and not too rambunctious. I love it!

For me the music really captures the essence of grandeur and fragility that an environment such as Yosemite Valley offers. I find that his musical interpretation is so spot on for this CD, by listening to the music I can almost feel what it would be like to visit there! I haven't tried to meditate to it, but would probably be wonderful to use for visualization exercises.

It is difficult for me to pick any one selection as my favorite as they all invoke such different feelings along the way, but the track at the end (Valley of the Giants) is a beautiful and perfect close to the CD that leaves me feeling really satisfied and grateful.

I will definitely be looking into other CDs by this artist.

Yet again Mars has created another Beautiful Masterpeice! This CD has saved my sanity on these awful 405 freeway trips after work, usually lasting about 3 hours! You are so talented and inspirational! Keep it up!

A must have also money goes to Yosemite, I gave this as a present along with getting one for our family, also read the cover great words.
