This review is from: You Are Not Alone Volume 2 (Paperback)
One of the major barriers to recovery from eating problems is loss of hope. This book will inspire you to overcome your eating problems no matter whether you're only contemplating beginning the work, have just started, or are in the midst of transformation. I recommend it! You Are Not Alone Volume 2 is filled with inspiration and hope that anyone with an eating disorder will relate to. This book includes brutally honest personal stories and content that will help individuals focus on positive things--they can float in the freedom of a poem, song or lyric. This is a refreshing angle of support for individuals who are still lost in the sea of confusion, looking for a life raft.

Andrea Roe's You Are Not Alone, Volume II is a book filled with compassion, hope, dreams, desires, honesty and motivation. The stories, poems, artwork and music envelop the reader and carry them into the heart and soul of each individual. This book shows us that the darkness of this terrible disease can be turned into a life filled with freedom and love. It shows us recovery IS possible and all of us can get there.
