Tell me ... what's better than great music from the minds of intelligent artists? Like, for instance, Aaron Weiss of passion-rock mewithoutYou, or the boys of hardcore Norma Jean, or the 3 youngsters from hip-hop's Lightheaded, Don Chaffer is flat out a genius of a creative mind ... and deep.
"Sink or Swim" is so meaningful ... a folk rock faith masterpiece ... and this "You Are So Good to Me" is its change-of-pace equivalent. Lori Chaffer is Don's perfect complement, fabulous alter-voice. Nothing really against regular bands, singing regular lyrics, and playing familiar patterns ... but I like my brain to be wow-ed ... and I appreciate the music of brilliantly creative people. Waterdeep's music is beautiful, passionate, intricately orchestrated, and mind-blowing all at the same time! Thanks, Don & Lori!
