I don't usually review music because we all have our individual tastes. I did decided to review this one song so that others could discover Ray Lamontagne for themselves.
When I first listened to this song I was actually watching Ray perform live on TV. The voice that I heard was not what I expected and I was immediately hooked. The lyrics to this particular song, although simple, hit me right at home. Of course I came to Amazon and bought the single to add to my iPod and it gets a lot of play. Now I plan on buying the rest of the album and I have high hopes that he'll make his way to Seattle soon. |
