This review is from: You Are What You Eat: An Easy-To-Follow Naturopathic Guide To Good Food & Better Health (Paperback)
A brilliant guide to a natural, healthy and ethical way to eat. Loads of facts and myths exploded but also very practical and easy to use including self-assessment questionnaires. The recipes are easy to follow and the herbal ones are different and fun. We love the ginger tea. This book gives you a great alternative to rattling with supplements and informs you without preaching. If you want to eat to live, rather than live to eat, then buy it! It's a pity AMAZON can't spell Naturopathic properly though!
