I enjoy reading the playbook which compliments Vaishali's great work in You are What You Love text. I find it is very important for me to actualize and practice thoughts and beliefs that are presented in Vashali's book, in order to experience Heaven. The playbook alows me to play with the ideas and concepts as I work them into my life. The casual nature of the playbook reflects the authors own playful style, and reminds me of her own development on the earth plane, and the joy she finds on this rock, in spite of what challenges she has endured! I highly recommend both books, with the playbook allowing just that, play, which, in my experince is greatly lacking in our culture!

What a wonderful companion to "You Are What You Love" book. Putting the wisdom of Vaishali's book into playful action with the 12 month course in Playfulness is fantastic. It keeps my focus on what I am giving my attention to, Heaven or hell. It reminds me to live my life with joy, laughter and creativity. Full of great ideas to keep me in the present moment with an open heart. Loved it!!

Vaishali, a mystic in her own right, has wrote a loving and empowering book that will help everyone to attract abundance in their life and fullfil their hearts desire. "You Are What You Love" shows us how we can transform our lives with the willingness to embrace what we love. This fun and down to earth handbook, based on the brilliance of scientist and mystic Emanuel Swedenborg is great play!

This book is worth buying just for the cartoons, which are imaginative and very funny. It contains a year's worth of exercises to change your perspective on life. It is uncomplicated; I still use it every day. It has definitely achieved its purpose. It has a section on dreams. Did you know your mind cannot tell the difference between dreams and waking reality? If your answer is no, buy the book so you can start playing more and working less.

I loved the cartoons in this book. It is written with such a playful voice. It is an ease and fun read. I learned a lot, I laughed a lot, I would recommend this book a lot!

I Love Vaishali The Self-Help Diva.

She shares that we do not have Divine Love, we are Divine Love. Love cannot be taken away from us. It is not earned. It IS!

There are many great love books out their like Areal Forde's "Soul Mates" but this book says it all!
