Kim Wilde. Mention her name and people’s eyes light up. The blonde singer with the siren voice is after all one of pop music's most dazzling stars. Most Helpful Customer Reviews

3 of 4 people found the following review helpful By Daniel W. Kelly VINE VOICE on September 13, 2006
Format: Audio CD
After some atrocious releases in the 90s, Kim's new CD covers of quite a few of her songs and plenty of new stuff. Here, one of her best late 80s dance tracks, the synthdance gem "You Came", is turned into an alternative rock guitar mix--I much prefer the original. But that's what is great about remixes--the 6:35 Groovenut Mix gives the track an electro/disco house feel, bringing it pefectly up to date while giving us a throwback to her new wave days--although it could have had a few more vocals. Sort of feels dubby at times because the intro is SUPER long. And the other track, "Maybe I'm Crazy", an original from the CD Never Say Never, is a fairly decent dance track, although definitely not worthy of being a commercial single release. Check out the entire new album--Kim is totally back in business.
