About the Author
Ursula James is the premier hypnotherapy practitioner and teacher in the UK. She is a former Fellow and Vice President of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Executive Member of the British Association of Medical Hypnosis. Born and brought up in Sheffield, Ursula studied English and Drama at university in London before working in a number of jobs from bar work to the Ministry of Defence. As well as being a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School, she is honorary lecturer at St George's Medical School, London.

As a man, I wouldn't ordinarily pick up a book like this - but when I read it I was blown away. This is a practical, sensible and very, very effective read. The hypnosis CD which comes with it makes the suggestions from the book stick in your mind, and you find yourself doing things differently without thinking about it.I loved this book. It has changed the way I do things, the way I think, and the way I feel. I would recommend it to anyone - man or woman!

This book changed my life!I bought her weight loss one, and lost heaps - then I wanted more from my life. This book has changed the way I feel about myself and my life. I dont stress about anything anymore. I feel free. Read it ONLY if you want a better life - because with this book you will get it. You feel as if she is talking directly to you, its like she has been there too - and you cant help but get excited when she takes you through the hypnosis in the CD. I own my life now. Thats it. Best book I have ever read.

Like Ursula. She's an easy read and listening to the hypnosis is easy. I do believe it helps. For it to work you do have to keep your mind open. Trust me you will not be walking around clucking like a chicken.
