This self-help workbook teaches you one simple technique that gives you the power to instantly transform your health and well-being. TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), is a new technique based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. TAT gives you the keys to better health by teaching you the secret of communicating with the cells of your body and giving them new information that enables the whole body to feel happy. You will learn to help friends and family, including children, to overcome loss, fears and phobias, physical or emotional traumas, and deeply-held negative beliefs without re-living any trauma. In addition, there are special sections on how to use TAT to help animals, and a step-by-step method for healing your relationship with money.

5.0 out of 5 stars An amazingly simple and reliable technique !, January 18, 2005
This review is from: You Can Heal Now: The Tapas Acupressure Technique (Plastic Comb)
Anybody in the Energy Psychology field knows about Gary Craig's EFT:Emotional Freedom Techniques, but I'm not so sure about T.A.T 's recognition worldwide. It deserves recognition and much more, because the simplicity and the power of the technique are combined in a very elegant way.
I had bought the book three years ago, and I've been using it intensively since then. I started teaching it recently, and many students get rid of their emotional problems/beliefs/traumas/allergies during a class. Tapas Fleming cured her cancer using her own technique, I must say, even for a sceptic like myself, it looks possible with T.A.T. I strongly recommend it: You Can Heal Now!
