I think this song is written and sung from the heart. I personally like it because it fits my character. I was very bad off sick and was given 5 months to live, but I am still here serving the lord. I am a woman of faith and color and I respect the songs written by Shirley Caesar. She is my idol, and always will be. Her music is so spiritual and has alot of meaning to it.I would also like to know if her song "You Can Make It" comes instrumental. If so, I would be interested in getting it. There is alot of meaning to her songs. Actually, I like her whole Shirley Caesar "You Can Make It" CD.

SHE HAS REIVENT HERSELF AGAIN . TO GOD BE THE GLORY . TAKE MY WORD FOR IT SAINTS THIS ALBUM WILL REVIVE , RENEW , REBIRTH , SAVE , CONFIRM THE VERY MORTALS OF YOUR BEING . BUY AND ENJOY . GOD BLESS.

Is it any wonder why she is called the First Lady Of Gospel? Is any wonder why this album "You Can Make It" did a grand sweep at
the Grammys, Dove, and Stellar awards? This is a very moving and powerful album. "You Can Make It" is packed with beautiful, rich sounds of traditional gospel music. "Armor Of God" , "Lift Him Up" and, "You Can Make It" brings the listener to moments of rejoicing, and a uplifting feeling of ginger. I enjoy this album very much, I hope to hear more albums like this from Pastor Caesar.

In closing, I thank you Pastor Caesar for producing an excellent, and fine quality album ,it's done with perfection.

Shirley Caesar is like a bottle of good wine. It seems that the older she gets, the better she gets. This has got to be Shirley's best gospel album ever. Her voice is incredibly strong. The material is excellent. The musicians are tight as ever. I tell you what, you can't get any better than this. To me, "What Joy" with Bobby Jones and the Super Choir and "Under the Blood" are the most exciting songs here. In comparison to other older secular artists such as Tina Turner, Diana Ross, and yes even Aretha Franklin, Shirley Caesar's voice is the "ULTIMATE". Gospel fans must purchase this CD. Secular buyers need to purchase this CD just to feel the experience and excitement of "GOSPEL" music at its absolute best!!!

SHIRELY IS THE BEST IN THE GOSPEL INDUSTRY AND THIS CD IS JUST AWESOME. I LOVE ALL OF HER SONGS ON THE CD. THIS CD IS AMAZING. SHE REALLY KNOW HOW TO LET THE LORD USE HER IN A MIGHTY WAY AND THAT IS WHAT THIS CD DOES. ITS SHOW THE ANOTINTED OF GOD THROUGH HER MUSIC. EVERYBODY NEEDS TO HEAR AND BUY THIS COPY. I PROMISE TO GOD YOU WILL LOVE IT.

On this CD Shirley Caesar has a masterful command of gospel praise song, and "Lift Him Up," which comes right in the middle of You Can Make It. The style, with its frantic tempo, excited chorus, provides emotive variations. Caesar's throaty, impassioned voice is unmistakable, and she's at her best on more traditional gospel tunes like "What Joy," a duet with Bobby Jones. What a great CD.

This was a great inspirational product. Shirley is devoted and you can feel God use her in her song. She keeps on getting better and better.

SARA IS RIGHT VERY HEART FELT....THE ANNOINTING AND FEELING IN HER VOICE IS UNDENIEABLE....UNDER THE BLOOD IS ANOTHER FAVORITE...I AGREE WITH SARA YOU NEED THIS ONE..

OK, I lied, we haven't heard the CD... but for Christmas, my 12 yr old daughter wanted tix to hear Shirley C. at the Opera House Concert Hall, and she and I were there last week when Ms. C. and her choir turned the place into the Opera House Church. I have been in the concert hall many times, but that night was the first on which I have experienced the entire hall shaking -- with the quality and beauty of the music, the distinction of the voices, and the message of the Word. This concert, one of 4 that week, featured all the music from this CD and I have just ordered 2 copies of it. For gospel music, A plus, for a gospel music and a wonderful spiritual experience, A plus plus plus plus!

I must say that Pastor you have done it again. I have the pleasure to say that this CD is a blessing.The title selection "You Can Make" is a blessing all by itself. I understand that You Can Make It. It's indeed an honor to know this Virtious Woman of God. I must say that she lives by what she sings and preaches about.I encourage you all to support her vision that the Lord has placed on her heart and that is to win souls for Christ. The whole album is very annointed, but my favorite tracks are "Under the Blood", "I Can Make It","Reign Jesus Reign. I pray that God will continue to bless her and her ministry. And sooner than we think we will be in out brand new sanctuaary. Prasie God!!!!!!
