From the Author
"When I first met this wonderful medium, I wanted to be in control at all times. I was afraid to take risks, and the results were disastrous. I ruined many sheets of paper, and I was not having fun. I finally learned to let the paint do what it wanted in large parts of the painting and to leave it alone. Now, I'm afraid to not take risks, and I'm rewarded frequently with beautiful accidents when I least expect them. . . . This beautiful lady called watercolor has a mind of her own, but she will perform miracles if you let her." --D.B.
