This review is from: You Cannot Walk Here (Audio CD)
I heard the song "You cannot walk here" by chance on NetRadio, and bought this CD shortly after. All the tracks are terrific musically, and most of the lyrics aren't too annoying either (I'm unfairly over-sensitive about lyrics and vocals). Birmingham 6's ubiquitous political messages aren't as obnoxiously idealistic as they are on the Police State and To Protect and Serve singles, since most of the songs deal with racism instead of the typical anti-police sentiments of we angry young men. This is my only Birmingham 6 CD at the moment, since their full length album is out of print, but I've listened to the same few songs at least twenty times already and I'm still not sick of them. I reccomend trying it out.
