Linda has good things to say. I have done a lot of inner work and am a Life Coach so it was a bit of a repeat for me. However, for those who are beginning to explore ... it is a good program. I would recommend watching "The Secret" DVD, exploring Debbie Ford's website, reading Esther and Jerry Hicks books/DVD/CD, Wayne Dyer, and exploring Hayhouse.com.
