5.0 out of 5 stars A terrrific game
This game is an outstanding product. Even though it does eventually repeat the questions (but it was longer than one time unlike who wants to be a millionaire!)

My husband and I play it online and just have a blast.

Well worth the money. Would have gave it higher than 5 stars but couldn't.

May not be suitable for young kids.

3.0 out of 5 stars YDKJ TV is good... but only "if"
By all means, I love the "You Don't Know Jack" series, but the TV version is a toss-up. Sure, it carries the spunk of all the other YDKJ games, but if you aren't a TV jockey, then you don't stand a chance in this quiz show! If you like funny, off-the-wall (and sometimes crude) quiz games, you MUST look into this franchise! But the TV version? Only buy if you...

THis is outragously funny! Not apropreate for little kids but still very fun. It's also educational! (Tried to give it 100 stars but it wouldn't let me)

Otherwise, do yourself a favor and get one of the other titles. You can't go wrong with "The Ride."

5.0 out of 5 stars You Dont Know Jack is a Fresh look at game shows!, May 26, 2000
This review is from: You Don't Know Jack TV (CD-ROM)
If you like trivia games, and have a bit of a twisted sense of humor, than this one is for you. You Dont Know Jack, takes you into a game show like enviornment with up to three players, or play by yourself. Any way you slice it, its loaded with great audio clips and jokes. You will be found laughing very loudly when the host puts you down for a knuckle headed answer. And the Bonus round at the end dubbed its Jack Attack, is just too much fun. Play it now, or you dont know jack!

4.0 out of 5 stars passion for trivia, August 28, 2000

My passion for trivia is only beaten by my passion for international cinema. Last night, for the first time, I played "You don't know jack". Of course a bit hesitant at first I realized these creators made something very well thought out. They have combined humour with a very ,complex at times, entaining and well thought out game. It challanges a new portion of the brain. Bravo.bubula@dellnet.com

1.0 out of 5 stars As Lame as YDKJ Gets!, July 1, 2004

I am a YDKJ fan, I have been for years. I have to say that the Television and Movies games are lame. You would have to really be a YDKJ addict, as well as an addict of TV shows which are mostly from the 70s and 80s to enjoy this game. I was totally disappointed to see these games after playing the original and The Ride. If you want a fun trivia game, it is YDKJ, but spend your money on one that is worth it- The Ride is tops.

If you love YOU DON'T KNOW JACK like I do, then I am sure you will like this game. It is a little bit harder than the others because it deals solely with TV, but it is fun just the same. It's a challange though, so watch out!

This game is really fun! I'm 44 and enjoy playing this one alone, or with friends. The same questions never come up twice. Highly recommend it.

3.0 out of 5 stars good game for older generations, March 17, 2007
= Fun:3.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: You Don't Know Jack TV (CD-ROM)
They must not have been able to get the rights to use a bunch of shows on this, because it is filled with a lot of 60's, 70's and very early 80's shows. I love the YDKJ games generally, but this one needs some updating. My in-laws are much better suited to play this one than my husband or I. We still had fun, but I would like to see a newer version with updated shows on it.
