I'm new to meditation, and thus needed a resource that would guide me gently through the meditation process. This CD was ideal for me. The pace is gentle, the process is clearly explained, and the meditations are effective. I'm now achieving the inner peace that I desired. This CD is highly recommended.

This meditation CD did not meet the the hope Ii expected in its playout. It is great for a person who has never had meditation experience and would like to begin. However, for me, who has purchased a lot of meditation cds, I found it to be as exciting as oatmeal.
