I heard YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE AFFIRMATION KIT, a
marvelous CD written and read by Louise L. Hay . . . as she suggests
on the cover, "listen to this CD as often as possible, and let the ideas
permeate your consciousness until they become a part of you."

And I've been doing just that since a friend lent it to me . . . though
it is only a little more than an hour in length, it has more useful
suggestions than many other programs that are far longer.

For example:
Say affirmations in the present tense, not in the future. Such as,
"I have" and "I am."

Life doesn't suck. It is your thinking that sucks.

The more you talk about problems, the more you anchor them
into place.

When you start something, keep your affirmations to yourself.

If you say, "I have no creativity," it will live with you the rest of
your life."

Ask those you love, "How can I love you more?"

I LOVE THIS KIT. I got it for Christmas from my Mother. I have been lucky enough to get Louise Hay books from people in my life. They are all great examples of how our mind is the most powerful influence in our lives.

The Book: With checklists, affirmations and guidance on how to change your mind patterns to constructive positive thoughts. For a little book it packs in a lot.

The CD: I listen to it everyday whilst I am at the gym, perfect companion. It is mostly the book. What I love is after each section; prosperity, stress, love, work, there are great affirmations with music.

The Cards: They are everywhere. I have them at work, on my fridge at home, near my bed and have given some to my friends.

The Magnet Set: How much fun is this, make your own affirmations and place the board where you can see it everyday.

And all of this for that price, you can not go wrong. Nearly everyone I know is going to get this as a pressie from me.

Thank you Louise for this great idea, anyone and everyone will benefit from Louise's teachings. I have been a practicing Wiccan for over 8 years and the simple but POWERFUL ideas that Louise introduces never cease to amaze and transform me.

Louise Hay's Affirmation Kit has a magnet board, affirmation cards, words to create your own affirmations and a guidebook. If you have trouble with changing your thoughts, negative self-talk, etc., this kit will help you change your thoughts to lead a more peaceful and satisfying life. I really did not expect such a wonderful tool to arrive in the mail. More help than I rec'd from other self-help books, therapists, etc.

The Book "You Can Heal Your Life" By Louise Hay as well as the affirmation kit are wonderful tools to change your way of looking at life. I now have a different perspective of what my life is and how I want to change it. This kit is full of positive affirmations and excersices that will help you change your way of thinking. Now, I'm a happy worry free person. I have shared this wonderful knowledge with my family and co-workers. My husband is delighted with it.Today, he stated "This kit has been the BEST thing that had happened to me" SO it's working. I will definitely recommend this book and kit to everyone who is willing to make a change in their life.

The CD contains powerful reminders for paying attention to the thoughts that ramble through the mind all day long... and changing them to create what I want. I put my favorite affirmations on the attractive magnet board and look at them every time I pass. This will be a wonderful gift for anyone you love and upon whom you wish success.

I love the kit, but was disappointed to find out that the affirmation cd was exactly the same one that comes with the "I can do it" book, which I already had and is a great cd. So I was wanting something different than I already had. Louise Hays items are great, but just a bit repetitive. The cards are wonderful and overall it is a great kit!!!

The CD included in this kit has made an amazing impact in my life. I was horrified to realize how negative i can be & although it has not been easy to break the habit-it's definately not impossible. It has taken a lot of practice but I am happier, I am more determined to succeed & healthier. Listening to the CD every morning on my way to work helps me focus & start out my day right. Sometimes I also listen to it on my way home when i've had a rough day & it reminds me that every thing i think,say & do affects me. So it keeps me from falling back on negative thoughts. It has helped inmensly in the way i look at unexpected events, road bumps etc. It has been a great motivator in keeping up my healthy eating and daily exercise. I think this is a great investment on myself but also a great gift.

This is a wonderful product, little kit! It is simple, easy and fun! It comes with a little magnet board and lots of little magnet words, a book,some cards and a cd! What a great complete kit for the price!!!

I really enjoy Louise Hay's products and thoughts. This kit is a tremendous way to incorporate positive affirmations into your everyday on the go life!

I LOVE this kit. It is so elegant and fun. It is inspiring and bright... I am such a huge fan of Louise Hay that she can do nothing wrong in my eyes. This is so like her to come up with something so cheerful and delightful. It makes a great gift too...
