The book is broken down into three parts:

PART ONE is dedicated to "the art of leadership". This part of the book has a chapter on leadership, "What is Leadership?" It also breaks down the "basics of leadership" and the "tangibles" and "intangibles" of leadership. Besides that, part one teaches "personality traits" and the four "attitude groups" we come in contact with on a daily basis.

PART TWO is dedicated to the "Do's" and "Don'ts" of leadership. Some of the "do's" include from appreciating your people to listening and paying attention to them to helping them find out "why" they're really involved in network marketing (Truth is, most people really don't know!) Some of the "don'ts" include from not being bossy to not giving orders to not being a NEG-HEAD! All of these subjects, and many more, are covered and are broken down completely in this section.

PART THREE is dedicated to "Precision and Control" in the network marketing industry. This section teaches how to have the very best opportunity presentation in town! It also stresses being a team player, and ultimately, breaks down the many rewards (including financial) of being the right person when dealing with others. -- From the Publisher

About the Author

Hello. My name is Patrick Higgins. I am the founder and president of Unlimited Horizons Training. UHT was founded in 1993 and specializes in training the network marketing industry. My first exposure to this great industry was back in 1990. I started as a rep with NSA (National Safety Associates). In a little over a year, with a lot of hard work and complete dedication (not only to the company I represented, but also to network marketing), I had over 10,000 people in my group nationwide. Since then, I have dedicated myself to helping anyone who needs it. Currently, I am training reps and distributors from over 40 network marketing companies worldwide!

Many books have been written on how to build a network marketing business. Now, thanks to Patrick, there is finally a book on how to become the leader everyone will want to follow! We have read and re-read this book. Wow, it has opened our eyes and shown us how to become better leaders. We feel we now have the perfect book to help us develop our leaders into the year 2000 and beyond. Thank you, Patrick.

This sensational book has moved the group I am working with to a greater hight of awarness. I am seeing a new Attitude amoung our group. This book should be read by every person in the working world, as it is a tremendous resource . I have never read something so simple and yet so great about network marking .
