4.0 out of 5 stars A near-perfect follow-up to his glorious debut album.
While not as powerful or intoxicating as his timeless debut albu, this was a great follow-up. "Stay In My Corner" and "Let Me Make Love To You" are simply superb. Given his enormous talent, it's almost unbelievanle that Keith Washington is not better known.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good followup, but the first one is better
Keith made a very good second album. But something is missing here. A few of the ballads lack passion. The Gerald Levert-produced songs are nowhere near the quality of Nettlesby and Coffey's songs that are on here and on his debut. I still like Stay in My Corner and the title song, but nothing matches the debut. I don't listen to this album as much as album 1 or...

4.0 out of 5 stars Silky smooth love songs, July 27, 2004
This review is from: You Make It Easy (Audio CD)
The best songs here are Let Me Make Love To You (a duet with Letitia Body), Stay In My Corner and the title track, all three of them romantic love songs. Although the sound is slightly dated in its early 1990s R&B groove, it remains a pleasant listening experience on account of Washington's appealing voice and the tuneful material. Before I Let Go is a rhythmic, uptempo number and the Trippin' will also set your foot a tapping. There are also lovely emotional ballads like Do What You Like, No One and Believe That. The vocals, production and arrangements are perfect. If you like smooth soul and R&B, Keith's your man and this album delivers the goodies.

I have not heard this song in years. I went to just spend some time on the net and found the album sample on this site. I bought it that day. Thank You, I will enjoy it so much and at a good price too.

This is an incredible cd this cd is good from start to finish and it includes a song called let me make love to you with a woman named Letitia Body and she has an incredible voice I would love to hear her record an album ! Keith has a wonderful voice this is a great piece of art work you rarely find artists like him today I wish that I could give this album more than five stars but I really recommend this album to any KW fans out there he is handsome and he has the voice to go along with it!

Magnificent arranging, production, and vocals !

5.0 out of 5 stars All-time favourite, November 17, 2000

This is one of the 5 soul albums of all-time. Not a bad track on the whole album. Fantastic production. This is the kind of fat creamy american soul, we never hear today. I can not recommend this enough - buy it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Perfection in a nutshell, September 27, 1999

I'm proud to be the first Amazon users to review one of the finest R&B albums ever produced. KW's soulful ballads such as "Stay in my corner", Don't leave me in the dark" and "No One" are in a class by themselves. His warm and tender voice is so seductive in nature that it will bring you to your knees seconds after you hit the play button.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keith Washington made two of the best songs ever, July 19, 2008
This review is from: You Make It Easy (Audio CD)
I have all Keith Washington's albums - sadly only 3 - I was hoping he comes with another. Aside from the fact they are all classy, there are two songs which rate in my all time favourites - and both duets! From You Make it Easy there's "Let me make love to you" (with Letita Body) and on "KW" "I love you" with Chante Moore. I still play them regularly ever since they came out. Just brilliant, dreamy, sexy, romantic songs. Really two of the best ever.

I bought this cd because I always hear my brother talking about his music, I bought it just to shut him up! But I am SOOOO GLAD I DID!
IT is romantic, beautiful, and sensual all of the things that I love because I really love ballads,And Keith YOU DID YOU THANG!
I definitely will listen to this cd alot.
I love stay in my corner. That's just a great song.
What happened to Keith anyways? He needs to come back with some more of his regular ol' skool style.
If you are on the fence about buying it, don't delay, BUY IT!
