5.0 out of 5 stars This book saved me and showed me how it could be.
Before I began reading this book I was struggling with 11 years of bulimia and though I was recovering from that I still was a binge eater. This book helped me take control of my eating and my life. This review is from: You Are More Than What You Weigh: Improving Your Self-Esteem No Matter What Your Weight (Paperback)
Before I began reading this book I was struggling with 11 years of bulimia and though I was recovering from that I still was a binge eater. This book helped me take control of my eating and my life. I felt so helpless and out of control. I didn't think there was anything I could do to stop myself but Sharon Sward's book showed me new ways and hope. The book is not the end all, you have to want to help yourself but it is definately a step in the right direction. I recommend it to anybody that truly wants that step. Good luck.
