Phil Woods doesn't make any bad albums!!! But there are truly some that become particularly memorable... this being one.
If you have no Phil Woods albums this is a good a place to begin... if you have others, this one is a must have.
I cannot get enough of Phil... I have almost 100 (and counting) of his CD's. His horn speaks with a heart & soul & passion that goes beyond mere technical virtuosity. He is beyond Greatness!!
This album has been remastered hightech with the tracks simply rearranged. If you don't need the extra HiFi stick to the
original and save at least 50%! The music and quality is top rate on the original. It appears that many "new" releases are simply reissues with modifications. Compare wisely and enjoy!
