Positive and cynical at the same time,

This review is from: You Can Only Achieve What is Possible: A Self-help Antidote to our Self-help Culture (Paperback)
I knew what the style would be from the title of the book. There's making people wrong in order to make a point about what's right. There's also a "preaching to the choir" feel in that the title will probably not appeal to those that need this most. That style feels a little strange to read. From the title, one might gather that this is a cynical attack on New Age metaphysics and it's not really. After dispelling what she believes are distortions of the truth, she then puts forth her own ideas on what that truth is in a very positive and helpful way.
