Rachel Ries has an unbelievable voice and talent to match. I cannot recommend this album enough. If you like lyrics with meaning and great music behind it you will love this album. Folky, and a bit jazzy--definitely has rhythm. I saw her play at a small gathering and she is as good in person as on this CD. One of my favorite albums. Glad to own it.

Got this cd on a whim and have been fully entranced by it. Blues and folk-influenced, Rachel's vocal stylings are unique and charming. Can't stop singing these tunes of which some are light with a humorous edge like favorite Cleveland, others wonderfully sweet and real, like 3am! I only wish rachel had 3 more albums under her belt for me to listen to. She is so talented and buying this will not be a decision you'll regret!
