Waste of MONEY for this CD,
By Irish (TX) - See all my reviews
This review is from: You Raise Me Up [Accompaniment/Performance Track] (Audio CD)
This CD was a waste of money. There was actually only 1 song on this CD by Josh Grobin, the rest were wasted, all the same song but by orchestra in a higher octave! Worthless CD for what I paid for it...
I had to rate the CD and it would not allow me to not rate it so i HASD TO PUT A STAR TO SUBMIT IT, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON IT HAS 1 STAR!!! Should be trashed. Thanks for wasting my money on this CD. Frances

Thought this CD deserved a fair shot. This recording is meant to be used to accompany a singer, not as a regular audio CD for listening. It's just fine for it's purpose! If you want Josh Groban for listening, get another CD.

Josh Grobin's "You Raise Me Up" album,
By SusieQ Porter (Ojai, Ca USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: You Raise Me Up [Accompaniment/Performance Track] (Audio CD)
I am very disappointed with this cd. The only Josh Groban vocal - and the only real vocal on the entire cd was the first song. The rest of the cd is just different versions of the same song - without Groban's voice on any other song. I think the producer's representation of this cd was a cheap shot. I was looking for a Josh Groban cd with this song, so I ordered it, I was pretty sure I would be happy with just about anything Groban sang. They caught me once, but they won't again, but there's enough "bad" to go around. Groban knew that this was being marketed as a Groban cd. The producers knew people that liked Groban would buy the cd and my bad was not listening to a litle of each track.
