I have just finished reading the book yesterday. It is definitely a book that I can talk to others about. I liked the writing , I found it clear and concise, yet it gave you information that you could act upon immediately. I also enjoyed looking through the resources provided at the end of each chapter.

Wonderfully to the point and practical, October 4, 2011

I'm always a bit weary about management literature, as its usually either the new Law Of X, or selfpromotional blabla. In this book you however get a number of very concrete and practical lessons from people who've been there and done that, all packaged in a 'customer centricity for dummies' approach. Nice read, and very useful - I handed the book over to my colleagues now.
