We got this for my 8 year old following hours of research. It has worked out to be a great choice as it is very stable, the wheels and bearings are great quality and the deck is a good width for beginners. The price was much more resonable than some of the other 'big boy' skateboards. The artwork on the bottom, was a hit with my son!
