Very effective, July 11, 2008

I have trouble getting to sleep sometimes and this CD has helped me a lot. It beats valerian root and/or chamomile because it has a more direct and also non-invasive effect. Drugs and supplements add to your body's digestive and waste filtration systems, while hypnosis acts upon the subconscious mind, which coordinates most of the body's functioning, so why not cut out the middleman?
I also like taking naps but find little time for actually getting to sleep and then having the nap, because my time tends to be limited. The nap programs get me into productive sleep quickly, cutting out a lot of time wasted flopping around in bed trying to fall asleep.
This is good stuff.
