Depending on your powers of memorization, this game will either be extremely easy, or extremely difficult!
It goes by the traditional "serving"/time-management style of game of creating an order and serving it to a customer to collect money (and tips for quick service) in order to upgrade your restaurant in order to more quickly serve your customers. You start with a small eatery and work your way through several restaurants to the end of the game. Unlike many games of this sort, the recipe isn't right there in front of you by looking at the picture of what the customer wants to order. You have to remember exactly what and how many (and in what order) the different ingredients are that go into each order. One roll may require one serving of rice, one serving of seaweed, and two servings of cucumber spears - in exactly that order. And that's one of the easier orders! For party platters, you have to remember much longer strings of ingredients - and you'd better do it fast. Sake and knife tricks will only entertain the customers for so long while you dig through your recipe book or wait for more ingredients to be delivered. All in all, one of the best "serving" games I've played. Just challenging enough to be fun without being so challenging as to be entirely frustrating.

This game is really fun in the beginning and takes some memorization skills. Pretty much, you own a sushi restaurant, and you need to make certain types of sushi that customer requests by memorizing what ingredients go into the roll or sushi. The ingredients get more complicated as you go. When you earn coins, you can buy things that help you go faster, build your reputation, buy ingredients faster, etc. However, it only took me a few hours to beat, and then I played it through another time and now I am bored of it. So, it's just too easy and you would get only a few day's worth of gaming out of this.

It's a lot of fun. Pick the items to make the sushi, click to roll it and it rolls down a conveyor to serve the customers. Easy mode is easy. Normal mode actually gives you a little more of a challenge. As you go through the game, you get more types of sushi to make and some take a lot of items to make. You can also upgrade each of your restaurants with decorations and items to make working in your restaurant a little easier and faster. I love it!
