"You'll Get Over It!" Sure I will,

Virginia Ironside has never minced words and many times her writing and comments on television have raised eyebrows, especially in England.
This excellent book describes the countless ways society discounts the bereaved, especially the myriad senseless euphemisms people spew concerning grief such as "You'll get over it." and "At least you had them for a while." Humorous at times, introspective, and brilliant, Ms. Ironside's writing is powerful and to the point. Her experience with grief carries you along as she describes her pain and her struggle to get through it. This is not a tender "you'll be embraced by angels" book on grief, but it is honest and provides a needed voice for those who are in the terrible grips of losing someone who counted in their life.

poor communication, no tracking available, took 3 weeks to receive and the book was beat up from its travels. I purchased from shipper, as Amazon stated the book was available in NJ. I was given a lame excuse from shipper... inexcusable.
