My 8 year old son loves this book. This book gives the history of baseball, rules of the game with diagrams and fabulous photographs of play by play action. I love that this book includes color photographs of girls and boys demonstrating plays to appeal to both genders. Also, my son and I are able to sit down and review basic play positions for batting and the field by looking at color photographs of step by step instructions. This book also includes warm up exercises, photographs of required baseball attire and equipment and demonstration of strategic plays. This is a wonderful book to introduce baseball to kids!! |
