i bought these for my 5 year old son. he enjoys them but in one of his first sessions playing with it, the head of one of his clubs went flying off into the netting. this isn't a problem for him because he likes whacking at the balls with the remaining clubs just as much, but it does raise questions about the durability of the clubs. if you're looking for a starter set, these will do fine because they look nice and function okay--just don't expect the world.
