This book fails on a number of accounts. First the format: way too small (6-1/4 x 8-1/4) to display art and design work. Many of the featured works are smaller than 3 x 2. As if the work was worth showing off--very little is groundbreaking, or even interesting. And these are supposed to be the young "top guns" of the art and design work? And the preening is ridiculous--featured artists are asked juvenile questions like, "What's your favorite object?" and "What's your favorite curse word?". My advice: don't bother unless you're related to someone in the book.
