The recently started "Action Group" is a group composed of 6 teenagers. They have many things to do, on the top of the list, save the world. The enthusiastic group buys a building for $1 and they didn't know what they were getting themselves into. Six tennants, which none of pay rent, leaky toilets, and more was what they got into. Just when they think that they had it bad, they find out that one of the Action Grouppies, Chris gets sent to jail because he supposedly stole some stero equiptment. Read about the 5 remaining members who fix up the building and try to make everything better, they even try to prove Chris innocent.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Book, August 26, 2011
This review is from: The Young Landlords (Paperback)
I read this book way back in the 90's when I was young and I had to read it again. This book was my favorite book! Even as an adult, I still crack up at certain parts of this book. Read it, you will not be disappointed.
