The more I listen to it I would lean closer to giving it a 4 star rating. Oakland native, Balance, who made a name in the Mixtape circuit dropped himself a debut that was slightly above average. I've heard a few songs with him on mixtapes and saw this at a nice price so I checked it out. As with the couple songs I've heard him on before, his lyrics are on point, and he has similar voice to an early N.W.A. Ice Cube, the album fails him mostly on the production level. With 14 songs, 7 are ok, 1 is a near classic, and the other 7 are pretty good, 1 or 2 being real good. Guests are on 9 of the 14 songs, and the majority are decent. Production isn't more than average on the majority of the songs. E-A Ski does 3 songs, Erk the Jerk does 2, Dame Taylor, Left Did It, Bedrock, Aristotle the Great, Trakademiks, Beat Credentials, Seam, and Sho all do 1 song. A decent album for his fans to have.

this album is very solid. Its got some great tracks and only a couple that I wasnt feeling. For someone lookin for some good Hip-Hop, this is a good album to check out. Its got some real bangers on it.
