I picked this album up on a whim and I was entirely pleased. "Talking the Teenage Language" and "Inner City Blues" are particularly strong. The production, which is handled by Eugene Record of the Chi Lites, gets a little syrupy at times, but it's all in good fun. If you like this album, you should check out For God's Sakes (Give Me Power to the People) by the Chi Lites.
